Museum Closures

Both the Kincaid and Hazenmore Museums are currently closed. We appreciate the community’s past support and want to ensure that donors know how to reclaim any items they previously donated.

Returning Donated Items

If you have donated items and would like them returned, please contact your municipal office as soon as possible. Municipal staff will coordinate returns and provide details on pickup or collection procedures.

Unclaimed Items

Any donated items that are not collected within the timeframe set by the municipal office will be handled as follows:

• Items of value may be sold at public auction.
• Items deemed suitable for reuse or community benefit may be donated to other organizations.

Please reach out to your municipal office promptly to avoid your items being released for auction or donation. Thank you for your understanding.
