Hamlet of Kincaid
The Hamlet of Kincaid is a welcoming agricultural community located at the junction of Highways 13 and 19 in southwestern Saskatchewan. The Hamlet of Kincaid is Governed under the RM of Pinto Creek #75. The Kincaid office assists residents, property owners and businesses with local services, municipal payments, applications and general inquiries.

Village Council
The Village of Kincaid is governed by an elected mayor and council. Council is responsible for establishing municipal policies, adopting bylaws and making decisions regarding local services, infrastructure and community priorities.

Administration
Village administration carries out the decisions of council and manages the municipality’s day-to-day operations.

Council Meetings
Regular meetings of Village Council are open to the public unless a portion of the meeting is legally closed.
Residents wishing to attend a meeting, make a presentation or have an item added to an agenda should contact the Village office in advance for the current meeting schedule and submission requirements.
About Kincaid
Kincaid was incorporated as a village in 1913. Agriculture remains an important part of the local economy and community.
The village is situated along Highways 13 and 19, providing access to neighbouring communities and regional attractions. According to the 2021 Census, Kincaid had a population of 120.
Community and Recreation
Kincaid offers residents a close-knit rural lifestyle with access to local services, community facilities and recreational opportunities.
During the winter, the local arena provides a gathering place for recreation and community activities. Boating, camping, swimming and golfing are available approximately 30 minutes away at Thompson Lake Regional Park. Grasslands National Park is also located within approximately an hour’s drive.
Kincaid Museum
The Kincaid Museum is closed. All items of the Kincaid Museum are being returned to their owners. Any unwanted or unclaimed items will be donated or put up for public auction. If you know you have donated items to the Kincaid Museum and would like to pick up, please contact the RM of Pinto Creek Office to make arrangements.
