Meyronne is a small rural community located within the R.M. of Pinto Creek No. 75 in southern Saskatchewan. Municipal administration and services for the community are provided through the R.M. of Pinto Creek office in Kincaid.

About Meyronne

Meyronne is situated along Pinto Creek and is accessed from Highway 611, approximately one mile south of Highway 13.

The community developed during the early settlement of the region. When the railway reached the area in 1913, the settlement moved to its present location.

Meyronne was formerly an incorporated village and was restructured as a special service area within the R.M. of Pinto Creek No. 75 in 2006.

According to the 2021 Census, Meyronne had a population of 20 residents.

Local Government

Meyronne is governed by the Council of the R.M. of Pinto Creek No. 75. The R.M. council is responsible for municipal decisions affecting the community, including infrastructure, roads, taxation, bylaws and local services.
